摘要
以2013—2016年我国沪深A股上市的86家节能环保产业公司数据为样本,分别以当年专利授予数量、会计业绩、市场业绩和市场需求作为创新绩效的测量指标,对中国战略性新兴产业的创新绩效影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明:当年专利申请数量、当年专利拥有数量均与当年专利授予数量显著正相关,当年专利申请数量与会计业绩显著正相关,研发费用占比与会计业绩显著负相关,当年专利拥有数量、研发费用占比均与市场业绩显著负相关,当年专利拥有数量与市场需求显著正相关,研发费用占比与市场需求显著负相关,而政府补贴占期末资产总额的比例、研发人员占比对创新绩效的影响均不显著。
        Based on the data sample from 2013 to 2016 of 86 listed companies of energy conservation and environment protection industry on A-share markets of China, this paper conducts an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of innovation performance in China's strategic emerging industries, with measurement indices including the number of patents granted, accounting performance, market performance and market demand. The results indicate that there are significant positive correlations between the number of patents application and the number of patents granted, between the number of patents owned and the number of patents granted, and between the number of patents application and accounting performance of the same year. There are significant negative correlations between the proportion of R&D expenses and accounting performance of the same year, between the number of patents owned and market performance of the same year, and between the proportion of R&D expenses and market performance. There is a significant positive correlation between the number of patents owned and market demand of the same year, but a significant negative correlation between the proportion of R&D expenses and market demand. There is no significant difference between the proportion of government subsidies out of the total assets and innovation performance, or between the proportion of R&D personnel and innovation performance.
