钢结构住宅施工中的常见问题及预防措施

摘要
我国住宅建筑市场的繁荣发展带动了钢结构住宅施工技术与质量的提升。钢结构住宅施工中常见问题的处理与预防措施的确定不仅关系着钢结构住宅的具体质量与水平,而且对我国住宅建筑的整体发展有重要的影响。基于此,论文分别从钢结构住宅施工中常见问题以及对应的预防措施2个方面进行详细的研究与分析。旨在为钢结构住宅常见问题的研究提供几点参考性建议,并促进钢结构住宅施工质量的提升。
The prosperity and development of China's residential construction market has led to the improvement of the construction technology and quality of steel structure residential.The treatment of common problems and the determination of preventive measures in the construction of steel structure residential buildings are not only related to the concrete quality and level of steel structure residential buildings,but also have an important impact on the overall development of residential buildings in China.Based on this,the paper the common problems in steel structure residential construction and corresponding preventive measures.The purpose of this paper analyzes is to provide some reference suggestions for the research of common problems of steel structure residential buildings and promote the construction quality of steel structure residential buildings.
