高校外卖食品安全问题及监管策略研究

摘要
近年来,随着移动互联网的飞速发展,外卖食品为高校学生提供了极大的便利,但是各种食品安全问题的频繁曝光,又让人们担心不已。笔者通过总结当前高校外卖食品基本情况,分析当前存在的问题,进而针对问题提出对策,以期能够为高校外卖食品安全问题的监管提供有效的借鉴和参考。
In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile Internet, takeout food greatly facilitates the life of college students, but the frequent exposure of various food safety problems makes people worried. By summarizing the basic situation of takeout food in colleges and universities, the author analyzed the existing problems, and then put forward countermeasures to solve the problems, in order to provide effective reference and reference for the supervision of takeout food safety in colleges and universities.
