常规胃肠镜检查中行为和心理干预的应用

摘要
目的:探讨常规胃肠镜检查中行为和心理干预的应用价值。方法:依循随机平均分配原则将行常规胃肠镜检查的100例患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理基础上进行行为干预和心理干预。比较两组干预前、后生理指标、心理指标和检查过程中的不适率。结果:经护理干预后,观察组各项生理指标指数及焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);且检查过程中的不适率低于后者(P<0.05)。结论:行为和心理干预应用于常规胃肠镜检查,可减低患者应激反应及不适感,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application value of the behavior and psychological intervention in routine gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods: 100 patients examined by gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was routinely nursed with behavior intervention and psychological intervention.In the two groups,the physiological indicators,psychological indicators and discomfort rate before and after the intervention were compared. Results: After nursing intervention,the physiological indexes and SAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). The discomfort rate in the examination was significantly lower than that of the latter( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The behavior and psychological intervention can reduce the stress reaction and discomfort of the patients,and it is worth popularizing.
