摘要

通过回顾性分析颈脊髓损伤颈椎后路病灶清除、减压内固定术后遗留四肢肌瘫等功能障碍而引起的医疗纠纷司法鉴定案例,以期帮助法庭为颈脊髓损伤医疗纠纷事件做出公正、客观的评判,在客观、专业的角度上分析引发纠纷事件的原因,并明确被告方在医疗过错中的参与度,保障医疗纠纷双方的权利。
        Through retrospective analysis of a case of judicial identification of medical disputes caused by cervical spinal cord injury posterior cervical lesions,decompression and internal fixation after limb dysfunction and other functional disorders,this paper tried to help the court to make a fair and objective judgement of medical dispute for cervical spinal cord injury,analyze the causes of disputes in the objective and professional way,clarify the participation of the defendant in medical faults and to guarantee the rights of both parties in medical disputes.
