摘要
针对目前市场上煤气报警器生产成本高、检测到煤气泄漏没有相应自动处理功能的问题,作者采用MQ-7一氧化碳气体传感器对室内一氧化碳气体浓度进行检测,并经转换电路将检测到的模拟信号转换成数字信号传送给单片机,单片机将接收到的信号与用户设定的浓度值进行比较后,将比较结果用GSM无线数据远程传输到用户终端,同时发出相应执行指令。通过软件仿真工具对作者设计的煤气泄漏自动报警、自动排气、自动关闭装置电路进行仿真分析,实验结果表明,根据一氧化碳检测指标要求,该设计不仅达到了降低成本的目的,而且也实现了煤气浓度的自动监测和控制功能。
As to the high cost of gas alarm in the present market and the problem that there is no corresponding automatic processing function when gas leakage is detected,the author of this paper adopts MQ-7 carbon monoxide gas sensor to test the indoor carbon monoxide gas concentration, and then, by means of the conversion circuit, convert the analog signals into digital signals sent to MCU, which,in turn, compares the received signals with the concentration set by the user; after that, GSM wireless data remote is used to transmit the comparative results to the user terminal, issuing corresponding execute instruction at the same time. After making an analysis of the automatic alarm for gas leakage, automatic vent and automatic close device by virtue of software simulator, we find that, in accordance with the testing index for, the device not only achieves the purpose of reducing the cost, but also realize the aim of automatically detecting and controlling gas content.
