摘要
细胞自噬和凋亡与肺纤维化、肺动脉高压、肺癌、慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)等疾病密切相关。肺上皮细胞中Ⅰ型干扰素(IFN)的高表达可能是引起细胞自噬和凋亡从而导致COPD发生发展的重要因素。本文就环磷酸鸟苷-腺苷酸合成酶-干扰素基因刺激蛋白信号通路调控Ⅰ型IFN的表达并诱导细胞自噬和凋亡及其与COPD的关系进行综述。
