摘要
环鸟苷酸-腺苷酸合成酶(cGAS)是近年新发现的一种细胞内DNA感受器,能催化合成环鸟苷酸-腺苷酸激活干扰素基因刺激蛋白(STING),进而引起一系列下游分子激活,最终诱导产生Ⅰ型干扰素(IFN)。越来越多的研究证明cGAS-STING信号通路在固有免疫过程中发挥重要作用。cGAS-STING信号通路参与识别进入胞内微生物的DNA及自身DNA,并在感染性疾病和自身免疫性疾病发病过程中发挥重要作用。本文就对cGAS-STING信号通路与感染性及自身免疫性疾病的相关性研究进展进行综述。
