摘要
针对碎煤热解半焦粒度小、床层阻力大、换热能效低等问题,提出并设计了一套适合碎煤热解半焦的干熄焦工艺,该熄焦工艺采用高温半焦薄层直接接触换热方式,可实现冷却介质循环利用、半焦余热高效回收等。针对干熄焦过程中气焦比、床层压降、熄焦时间、热量回收等核心问题进行了理论计算,结果表明,所设计的碎煤热解半焦干熄焦工艺气焦比为1.28 m3/kg,床层压降为268 Pa,熄焦时间为0.68 h,吨焦可回收热量446 MJ以上。
Aiming at the problems of small particle size of crushed coal pyrolysis semi-coke,large resistance of semicoke bed and low heat transfer efficiency,one dry quenching process suitable for crushed coal pyrolysis semi-coke was proposed and designed.The dry quenching process adopted a direct contact and heat exchange method of high-temperature thin semi-coke layer,which could realize recycling of cooling medium and efficient waste heat recovery of semi-coke.Theoretical calculations were carried out on core issues such as gas-to-coke ratio,pressure drop of the bed,dry quenching time and heat recovery.The results showed that the designed semi-coke dry quenching process had a gas-to-coke ratio of1.28 m3/kg,bed pressure drop of 268 Pa,dry quenching time of 0.68 h and per ton coke heat recovery of 446 MJ or more.
