影响PTA尾气干燥塔吸收效果的因素与对策

摘要
叙述了PTA尾气干燥装置流程,设备结构,程序和干燥剂装填方式。发现了系统存在的问题,即气体干燥后露点不达标。干燥后气体作为产品输送使用,这样会影响产品品质。为此进行工艺参数调整,未见效果。我们根据吸附物料平衡方程和相平衡方程,应用MATLAB软件进行模拟。得到进料湿度、进料时间、反吹时间与尾气露点的关系。并根据此关系进行工业化试验找到尾气处理的方法,效果较好。
The flow chart,equipment structure,procedure and desiccant filling method of PTA off-gas drying unit are described. The problems existed in the system are found out,that is,the dew point after gas drying is not up to standard. After drying,the gas is transported as a product,which will affect the quality of the product. We adjusted the process parameters and found no effect. Based on the adsorption material balance equation and the phase equilibrium equation,MATLAB software is used to simulate. The relation of feed humidity,intake time,blowback time and tail gas dew point is obtained. According to this relation,the industrialization experiment is carried out to find the way to deal with the problem,and the effect is good.
