摘要
目的探索医护接诊一体化模式在干部病房的可行性。方法采取医护接诊一体化模式,由医生护士共同参与采取医护共同交接班、共同查房,共同管理病人,简化工作处理流程,使医护一体的管理模式贯穿病人住院的全程。调查应用医护接诊一体化模式管理后,患者、医生和护士满意度的变化。结果患者满意度从80%达到98.4%,医生、护士满意度从75%分别达到100%,应用前后相比差异具有统计学意义(χ2=18.7,P<0.05);问诊时间从(40±5.5)分钟缩短到(20±4.5)分钟,应用前后相比差异具有统计学意义(χ2=95.2,P<0.05)。结论医护接诊一体化临床工作模式提高了病人满意度、节省了人力资源、调动了护士的积极性,值得临床推广应用。
Objective this study intended to explore the feasibility of medical care integration model in old cadres ward. Methods to implement medical care integration model, both doctors and nurses should shift relief, check ward, manage patients jointly and simplify work process, to make sure medical care integration management model throughout the whole. after implementing medical care integration model, investigating the range of satisfaction rate of patients,doctors and nurses. Results the satisfaction rate of patients increased from 80% to 98.4%, and the satisfaction rate of doctors and nurses respectively increased from 75% to 100%, with statistically significant difference(χ2= 18.7, P<0.05); inquiry time decreased from 40±5.5 minutes to 20±4.5 minutes, with statistically significant difference(χ2=95.2, P<0.05). Conclusion the medical care integration model could improve the satisfaction of patients, save human resources, motivate the enthusiasm of nurses, and deserved promotion in clinic.
