摘要
目的:观察认知行为疗法对5~6岁学龄前儿童牙齿充填治疗和拔牙恐惧及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选择2016年1月~2018年10月就诊于我院口腔科5~6岁学龄前岁儿童182例为研究对象,按就诊的顺序随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理和配合,干预组采用认知行为疗法对患儿进行心理干预,比较两组患儿进行牙科诊疗活动时的恐惧程度及疼痛程度。结果:干预组患儿的恐惧和疼痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:认知行为疗法能降低学龄前患儿在牙科诊疗过程中的焦虑恐惧感和疼痛感,促使牙科诊疗行为的顺利进行。
        Objective:To investigate the influence of cognitive-behavior therapy on 5~6 years old preschoolers with anxiety who need tooth filling or tooth extraction.Methods:Between January 2016 and October 2018,182 preschoolers who received tooth therapy were collected and divided into the intervention group and the control group according to the sequence of visits.Routine nursing was provided for the control group.Cognitive behavior therapy was used in the intervention group.Phobia and pain degree of preschoolers were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results:The degree of fear and ache in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cognitive-behavioral therapy can reduce the anxiety,fear and pain of preschool children during dental treatment,and promote the smooth progress of dental treatment.
