摘要
汽车外饰件用压敏胶在选用过程中需要进行大量试验。为了优化筛选过程,分析了压敏胶粘附及失效的原理,采用涂漆钢板和ABS板模拟粘接对手件,比较了各种环境条件下压敏胶带经剥离强度和剪切强度试验后的性能,得出寒冷环境条件下压敏胶老化失效概率更高。此外,对压敏胶的考核也可从对接头的破坏形式方面进行分析。该方法可用于指导压敏胶筛选工作,提高筛选效率,减少试验工作量。
        Pressure sensitive adhesives(PSAs) for automotive exterior trim parts need to undergo a large number of tests in the selection process. In order to optimize the screening process, the principle of adhesion and failure of PSAs was analyzed.Painted steel plate and ABS plate were used to simulate the parts that need to be bonded. The performances of PSAs tape after peel strength and shear strength tests under various environmental conditions were compared. It was concluded that the aging failure probability of PSAs was higher under cold environment conditions. In addition, the assessment of PSAs can also be analyzed from the damage form of the joint. The method can be used to guide the PSAs screening, improve screening efficiency and reduce test workload.
