摘要

介绍经编生产过程中的流程梳理、原料领用、整经、织造、入库存储阶段等整个过程的精益化控制。分析经编生产的流程梳理,为精益化生产的实施做好前期准备。在原料领用环节,着重分析原料性能检测项目与指标控制要求,为下游客户的使用提供指导性参数。在整经环节,主要阐述原料上机经验技巧的应用。此外,织造、入库环节也应根据经编生产工艺的整个要求进行改进和把控。
        In this paper, it introduces the process of warp knitting production, and the lean control of raw material acquisition, warping, knitting, storage and other processes in the warp knitting. The process of warp knitting production is analyzed to make preparations for the implementation of lean production. In the process of raw material acquisition, the raw materials' performance testing projects and control requirements of indicators are emphatically analyzed to provide instructional parameters for the use of downstream customers. In the warping process, the application of experience and skills of raw materials on machine is mainly expounded. In addition, the knitting and storing links should also be improved and controlled according to the overall requirements of warp knitting production process.
