摘要
针对台区变压器三相不平衡,提出了一种基于智能电表大数据分析的台区变压器三相不平衡治理方法。首先,计算台区用户与台区变压器A,B,C三相电压序列数据之间相关系数,识别每个用户相序;接着,基于用户电流序列数据计算台区变压器A,B,C三相电流序列数据,进而计算台区变压器三相平均不平衡度;最后,以台区变压器三相平均不平衡度最小为目标采用遗传算法搜索1种最优台区用户相序组合,指导配电运检人员精准调整用户相序。该方法在某电网公司台区变压器三相不平衡治理工作中进行了应用验证,取得了较好效果。
        Aiming at the three-phase unbalanced control of distribution transformer,a three-phase unbalanced control method based on big data analysis of smart meters is proposed in this paper. Firstly, identify the phase sequence of each user by calculating the correlation coefficient between every user and every phase voltage sequence data. Secondly, the A, B, C three-phase current sequence data are calculated based on every user's sequence data, and then calculate the mean three-phase unbalance. Finally, GA is used to search a best users phase combination to minimize the three-phase unbalance, which can guide the power distribution personnel to accurately adjust the user phase sequence. The method has been applied to the three phase imbalance control of distribution transformer in certain power grid company, and has achieved good results.
