平陈汤治疗2型糖尿病前期肥胖痰湿证42例

摘要
目的:观察平陈汤方治疗肥胖痰湿型2型糖尿病前期患者的临床疗效。方法:纳入符合肥胖痰湿型2型糖尿病前期患者42例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各21例,两组均采用饮食控制和运动锻炼的生活方式干预,治疗组加服平陈汤中药颗粒剂。两组均以8周为1个疗程,比较两组1个疗程后患者治疗前后的临床疗效及糖尿病危险因素。结果:两组治疗后临床疗效及糖尿病危险因素与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:平陈汤对糖尿病前期的治疗有效。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Pingchen decoction(平陈汤) on early T2DM of the obesity Tanshi type(肥胖痰湿证).Methods:42 patients of early T2DM of the obesity Tanshi type(肥胖痰湿证) who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 21 cases in each group,both groups received diet combined with exercise lifestyle intervention,while the observation group received extra Pingchen decoction(平陈汤) and lifestyle intervention.8 weeks later,the clinical efficacy and risk factors of diabetes mellitus in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The difference of the clinical efficacy and risk factors of diabetes mellitus in two groups before and after treatment was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Pingchen decoction(平陈汤) was effective in the treatment of early T2DM patients.
