摘要
目的分析山东省分年龄组儿童国家免疫规划(NIP)疫苗常规免疫接种率。方法通过山东省预防接种信息系统收集适龄儿童NIP疫苗接种信息,采用描述流行病学方法分析疫苗接种率。结果收集山东省1岁、3岁、7岁儿童分别为186.21万名、145.38万名、126.23万名,所有NIP疫苗剂次接种率分别介于88.64%-99.79%、95.26%-99.70%、73.28%-99.46%之间;常规免疫全程接种率分别为87.52%、94.38%、73.60%,东、中、西部地区1岁组全程接种率分别为90.51%、86.39%、85.95%,3岁组全程接种率分别为96.51%、94.13%、93.14%,7岁组全程接种率分别为82.96%、77.93%、67.62%。结论山东省适龄儿童NIP疫苗常规免疫接种率总体较高,但大年龄儿童应接种疫苗剂次和西部地区接种率偏低。
        Objective To evaluate childhood routine immunization coverage by age in Shandong province. Methods We collected immunization data of age-eligible children using the Shandong Immunization Information System for a descriptive analysis of immunization coverage. Results This study included 186.21, 145.38, and 126.23 ten-thousand children aged 1, 3, and 7 years, respectively; coverage levels of all NIP vaccines f or the three age groups ranged88.64%-99.79%, 95.26%-99.70%, and 73.28%-99.46%, respectively. Full-series coverage of all NIP vaccines for the three age groups was 87.52%, 94.38%, and 73.60%, respectively. Full-series coverage in eastern, central and western regions was 90.51%, 86.39%, and 85.95% for 1 year olds; 96.51%, 94.13%, and 93.14% for 3 year olds; and 82.96%, 77.93%, and67.62% for 7 year olds, respectively. Conclusions Overall routine coverage with NIP vaccines was high among ageeligible children in Shandong, while coverage among older children or in western regions was low.
