黄连解毒汤灌肠联合全身擦浴治疗重度颅脑损伤合并肺部感染患者的效果观察

摘要
目的探讨黄连解毒汤灌肠联合全身擦浴治疗重度颅脑损伤合并肺部感染的效果。方法将56例重度颅脑损伤患者随机分为干预组与对照组,对照组进行常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上进行黄连解毒汤灌肠联合全身擦浴护理。比较2组患者的疗效、呼吸机治疗时间、ICU停留时间、ICU治疗费用以及护理满意度。结果 2组的疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。干预组的呼吸机使用时间、ICU治疗时间和ICU治疗费用显著优于对照组(P <0. 05)。干预组的护理满意度为(94. 36±8. 91)分,显著高于对照组的(82. 44±7. 58)分(P <0. 05)。结论黄连解毒汤灌肠联合全身擦浴能够明显控制肺部感染症状,缩短患者ICU停留时间及呼吸机使用时间,降低治疗费用。
Objective To study the effect of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction enema combined with whole body scrub in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury patients complicated with pulmonary complications. Methods A total of 56 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group was treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction enema combined with whole body rubbing bath on the basis of routine nursing. The efficacy of two groups was evaluated,and the ventilator treatment time,ICU stay,ICU cost,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups( P >0. 05). The ventilator use time,ICU treatment time,and ICU expenditure in the intervention group were significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). After nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that in the control group [( 94. 36 ± 8. 91) vs.( 82. 44 ± 7. 58),P < 0. 05). Conclusion The nursing intervention of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction enema combined with whole body scrubbing can significantly control the symptoms of pulmonary infection,shorten the ICU stay time as well as ventilator use time,and reduce hospital cost.
