摘要
将多个IGBT模块并联以提升电流容量的设计方案广泛应用于电力电子设备中,为了保证设备长期安全运行,IGBT并联模块的均流问题是一个设计难点。从电路模型的角度分析了IGBT模块并联支路上交、直流母排杂散电感对均流性能的影响,提出了一种在直流母排结构不对称前提下,通过调整交流母排结构改善均流效果的设计方法。以车用电机控制器W相用IGBT并联模块为研究对象,设计了并联模块的交流母排结构,实验结果验证了该设计方法的有效性。
A design scheme in which multiple IGBT modules are connected in parallel to increase the current capacity is widely used in power electronics equipment.In order to ensure long-time safe operation of the equipment, the current sharing of IGBT parallel module is a design difficulty.The influence of stray inductance of AC and DC busbar on the performance of IGBT module is analyzed from the circuit model perspective, and a method to improve the current sharing performance is put forward,which is to adjust the AC busbar struct when the DC busbar's struct is asymmetric.The AC busbar structure of the parallel module is designed by taking the paralleled-IGBT module for vehicle motor controller W phase as research object.The experimental results verify the validity of the design method.
