摘要
目的:探讨大学生无聊倾向、网络依赖与幸福感的关系。方法:采用大学生无聊倾向问卷、大学生网络依赖量表、综合幸福感问卷对386名大学生进行测量。结果:(1)相关分析表明,无聊倾向与网络依赖呈显著正相关,与主观幸福感、心理幸福感呈显著负相关;网络依赖与主观幸福感、心理幸福感呈显著负相关。(2)回归分析表明,无聊倾向对主观幸福感、心理幸福感具有显著预测作用,网络依赖对心理幸福感具有显著预测作用,而对主观幸福感的预测作用不显著。(3)中介效应分析表明,网络依赖在无聊倾向与心理幸福感间的中介效应显著,而在无聊倾向与主观幸福感间的中介效应不显著。结论:无聊倾向除了直接影响心理幸福感外,还可以通过网络依赖的中介作用间接影响心理幸福感。
        Objective: In order to explore the relationships between boredom proneness, internet dependence and happiness in college students. Methods: 386 college students were investigated with Boredom Proneness Questionnaire(BPQ),Chinese Internet Addiction Scale's Revision(CIAS-R) and Multiple Happiness Questionnaire(MHQ). Results:(1)Correlation analysis showed that, boredom proneness was positively related to internet dependence, negatively related to subjective well-being and psychological well-being; Internet dependence had a significantly negative correlation with subjective wellbeing and psychological well-being.(2)Regression analysis showed that, boredom proneness had a predictive effect for subjective well-being as well as psychological well-being; Internet dependence had a significant prediction effect for psychological well-being.(3)Mediating effect analysis showed that, Internet dependence played a partial mediating role between boredom proneness and psychological well-being, while the mediating effect between boredom proneness and subjective well-being was not significant. Conclusion: Boredom proneness not only influences college students' psychological wellbeing directly, but also indirectly affect their psychological well-being through the mediating role of internet dependence.
