摘要
网络时代的到来,在给企业舆论宣传工作带来许多便利的同时,也给企业舆论宣传工作带来许多挑战。网络的发展,让员工队伍呈现出思维更加活跃、思想认识模糊化、制度解读片面化的特点。面对这些特点,企业舆论宣传工作更应与时俱进,运用现代传播手段主导舆论阵地,融合新旧媒体掌握话语权,唱响好声音、传递正能量,为企业高质量发展提供良好的内外部环境。
The advent of network times doesn't only bring a lot of conveniences to the enterprise consensus propaganda work, but also a lot of challenges to it. Network's development makes the employees have such characteristics as more active thought, obscure ideological understanding, one-sided system interpretation. Aiming to such characteristics, one should keep pace with the times in the enterprise consensus propaganda work, use modern communication means to manage public opinion fields, mix the new and old media together to deliver positive energy and provide a good internal and external environment for the enterprise's high-quality development.
