摘要
目的研究戊己丸对幽门结扎型胃溃疡的治疗作用和对大鼠胃泌素(GAS)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化化酶(SOD)和前列腺素E2(PGE_2)含量的影响。方法随机将大鼠分为正常组、模型组、戊己丸高剂量组、戊己丸中剂量组、戊己丸低剂量组、西咪替丁组。先给药一周,然后用幽门结扎法致大鼠胃溃疡,24h后取每组大鼠的血清,使用酶联免疫法检测GAS、MDA、SOD和PGE_2在血清中的含量。结果模型组大鼠血清中GAS、MDA高于戊己丸组和正常组;模型组大鼠血清中SOD、PGE_2低于戊己丸组和正常组,而PGE_2含量低于戊己丸组和正常组,差异具有统计学意义。结论戊己丸显著减少胃泌素、丙二醛含量;提高超氧化物歧化酶和前列腺素含量,进一步来保护胃黏膜,抑制胃溃疡的形成。
        Objective Effect of Wuji Pill for pyloric ligation gastric ulcer in rats and gastrin( GAS),malondialdehyde( MDA),superoxide dismutase( SOD) and prostaglandin E2( PGE_2) content. Methods The rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,high dose group of Wuji pills,middle dose group of penta pills,low dose group and cimetidine group. The rats were sacrificed by the method of pyloric ligation. The serum of each group was collected after 24 h. The contents of GAS,MDA,SOD and PGE_2 in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). Results The serum levels of SOD and PGE_2 in the serum of model group were lower than those in the model group and the normal group. The levels of SOD and PGE_2 in the model group were lower than those in the pentadium group and the normal group,The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Wuji pill significantly reduced gastrin malondialdehyde; superoxide dismutase and increase prostaglandin content,to further protect the gastric mucosa,inhibiting the formation of stomach ulcers.
