摘要
急性胰腺炎是临床常见的急性危重症疾病之一,引发该疾病发生的致病因素有多种,如酒精因素、感染因素、梗阻因素以及肠道微生态因素等,其中,在疾病发生和发展过程中,各种内毒素、细胞体液因子等介质促使肠腔内细菌及毒素移位、肠壁通透性增高均可诱发感染,不仅会对患者其他脏器功能产生损害,同时,也是导致急性胰腺炎患者死亡的第二原因,可见肠道微生态平衡与急性胰腺炎发病、病情发展均有密切关联。本文主要简述了急性胰腺炎与肠道微生态的概念,分析了肠道微生态对急性胰腺炎发病的影响,并对肠道微生态在急性胰腺炎治疗中的应用进展进行了总结,以期能为后续临床提供有效的参考。
        Acute pancreatitis is one of common acute and critical diseases in clinical practice, with pathogenic factors of alcohol, infection, obstruction and intestinal microecological factors etc. Duing process of disease occurrence and development, various endotoxins, cytohumoral factors and other mediators promote translocation of bacteria and toxins in intestinal cavity, and increase of intestinal wall permeability, which may induce infection, impairs other organ functions of patients, and is the second death cause of acute pancreatitis. It can be seen that intestinal microecological balance is closely related to onset and development of acute pancreatitis. The paper introduces concept of acute pancreatitis and intestinal microecology briefly, analyzes effect of intestinal microecology on pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis, and summarizes application progress of intestinal microecology in treatment of acute pancreatitis, to provide effective reference for follow-up clinical practice.
