摘要
目的:研究怀牛膝的化学成分。方法:综合运用正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、反相ODS柱色谱以及制备型高效液相色谱等现代色谱分离技术和方法,对怀牛膝中的化学成分进行系统研究,并通过化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从怀牛膝中分离鉴定得到9个化合物,分别为:5,5′-dibuthoxy-2,2′-bifuran(1)、aridanin(2)、9,12,13-三羟基-10,15-十八碳二烯酸(3)、(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)[(3R,4S,5R)-tetrahydro-5-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-4-(hydroxymethyl)-3-furanyl]-methanone(4)、arvensoside C(5)、小檗碱(6)、pinellic acid(7)、邻苯二酸二正丁基酯(8)、龙牙楤木皂苷Ⅲ甲酯(9)、(S)-2-吡咯烷酸-5-甲酸乙酯(10)、tetrahydro-5-oxo-2-furancaboxylic acid ethyl ester(11)。结论:其中,化合物1~5、10、11为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
        Objective:To study the chemical constituents from Achyranthes bidentata.Methods:Modern techniques such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,reversed-phase ODS and preparative high performance liquid chromatography were used to systematic study the chemical compounds of Radix Achyranthes bidentata.The physicochemical properties and spectral datum were used to identified their structures.Results:Nine compounds were isolated from Achyranthes bidentata and identified as:5,5′-dibuthoxy-2,2′-bifuran(1),aridanin(2),9,12,13-trihydroxy-10,15-octadecadienoic acid(3),(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)[(3R,4S,5R)-tetrahydro-5-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-4-(hydroxymethyl)-3-furanyl]-methanone(4),arvensoside C(5),berberine(6),pinellic acid(7),dibutyl phthalate(8),tarasaponinⅢ methyl ester(9),(S)-2-pyrrolidinone-5 ethyl-formate(10),tetrahydro-5-oxo-2-furancaboxylic acid ethyl ester(11).Conclusion:Compounds 1~5,10,11 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
