基于工艺关联度的飞机装配单元划分

摘要
为提高飞机装配的效率,在工艺分离面划分方法的基础上,提出了基于工艺关联度的装配单元划分方法。该方法利用所选定的工艺分离面几何划分,对具有几何不确定性的零件,利用灰色区间分析法计算零件间的工艺关联度,并通过归属决策图判定其所属的装配单元。通过对某型飞机垂尾部件的装配单元划分,验证了该方法的有效性。
        To improve aircraft assembly efficiency,the assembly unit partition method based on process association was put forward.The process split surface could roughly divide aircraft into subassemblies geometrically.With geometrically uncertain parts,grey region analysis was used to calculate process association among parts and relation viewing map was employed to determine their assembly units.The method was proved to be effective by partitioning a vertical tail of an aircraft.
