摘要
【目的】建立广陈皮的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,为鉴别广陈皮与普通陈皮提供参考依据。【方法】以茶枝柑(广东新会)的干燥成熟果皮(广陈皮),及大红袍(四川眉山)、温州蜜柑(浙江义乌)、蕉柑(广东汕头)、年桔(广东广州)、贡柑(广东广州)的干燥成熟果皮(陈皮)为考察对象。采用C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)岛津色谱柱,流动相为乙腈—体积分数0.1%甲酸水,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长283 nm,记录广陈皮的HPLC图谱并生成共有模式图,进行相似度对比,并与其他5个品种的陈皮进行比较。【结果】广陈皮各批样品HPLC图谱与共有模式相似度均在0.985以上,其他5个品种的陈皮相似度介于0.720~0.873之间。表明广陈皮与其他5个品种的普通陈皮HPLC指纹图谱存在一定的差异。【结论】本研究所建立的广陈皮HPLC指纹图谱可用于区分广陈皮与四川大红袍、温州蜜、柑年桔、贡柑、蕉柑等的普通陈皮。
        Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint of PericarpiumCitri Reticulatae from Citrus reticulata Blanco‘chachi'(Guangchenpi),and to provide evidence for distinguishingit from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae originated from other cultivated varieties of Citrus reticulata Blanco(conventional Chenpi). Methods The medicinal material being studied was as follows:the dry ripe peels of Citrus reticulata ‘Chachi' from Guangdong Xinhui, and the dry ripe peels of other cultivated varieties of Citrus reticulata Blanco such as Citrus reticulata Blanco‘Dahongpao'from Sichuan Meishan,Citrus reticulata Blanco‘Unshiu'from Zhejiang Yiwu,Citrus reticulata Blanco ‘Tankan' from Guangdong Shantou,Citrus reticulata Blanco‘Nian Ju'from Guangdong Guangzhou, and Citrus reticulata Blanco‘Szehuikan'from GuangdongGuangzhou. HPLC was performed on a chromatographic column C18(5 μm,4.6 mm × 250 mm)with acetonitrile-volume fraction of 0.1% formic acid water solution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,the columntemperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 283 nm. HPLC chromatograms of Guangchenpi wererecorded to obtain the common pattern, their similarity was calculated, and the chromatographic results werecompared with those of conventional Chenpi from other 5 cultivated varieties of Citrus reticulata Blanco. Results The similarity of HPLC chromatograms of various batches of Guangchenpi with the common pattern was higher than0.985,while the similarity of other 5 cultivated varieties of Citrus reticulata Blanco was in the range of 0.720-0.873. The results showed that there were certain HPLC fingerprint differences between Guangchenpi andconventional Chenpi from other 5 cultivated varieties of Citrus reticulata Blanco. Conclusion The established HPLC fingerprint can be used to distinguish Guangchenpi and conventional Chenpi from other 5 cultivated varieties of Citrus reticulata Blanco.
