自我忽视研究基础及热点的文献计量学分析

摘要
[目的]了解国内外自我忽视研究基础及热点。[方法]以Web of Science文献数据平台SCI-E、SSCI收录的文献数据为基础,利用文献计量学方法和CiteSpace信息可视化软件,对截至2018年1月3日收录的自我忽视相关文献进行分析。[结果]通过检索获得自我忽视相关文献384篇,美国的发文量最多,为228篇,占总文献量的59. 4%;发表于44种期刊上,以Journal of the American Geriatrics Society发文量最多(83篇);中心性最高的论文是一篇关于自我忽视理论框架的综述;得到9个名词术语聚类及共词的名词短语,如阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease)、观念(perception)、健康(health)、风险评估(risk assessment)、验证(validation)、囤积(hoarding)、肮脏综合征(squalor syndrome)、压疮(pressure ulcer)、质性研究(qualitative research)。[结论]有关自我忽视的研究大多集中在美国,研究热点以阿尔茨海默病为主,注重观念、健康、风险评估等方面。
Objective:To understand the research basis and hotspots of self-neglect in China and abroad. Methods:Based on the literature data collection of SCI-E and SSC science data platform from Web of Science,using the bibliometric method and CiteSpace information visualization software,the self-neglect related literatures that were collected from the establishment of platform to collected as of January3,2018 were analyzed.Results:A total of 384 articles related to self-neglect were retrieved. The United States had the largest number of publications(228,accounting for 59. 4% of the total literatures). Articles were published in 44 journals,most in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society(83). The article with the highest centricity was a review of the theoretical framework of self-neglect. Nine noun term clusterings and noun phrases were obtained,including Alzheimer disease,perception,health,risk assessment,validation,hoarding,squalor syndrome,pressure ulcer and qualitative research.Conclusions:Most of the researches on self-neglect were concentrated in the United States. The research hotspot were mainly on Alzheimer's disease,focusing on the concepts,health,risk assessment,and so on.
