摘要
以紫秋刺葡萄一年生硬枝为试材,采用不同浓度萘乙酸溶液处理硬枝插条后扦插,观察其成活率、根系情况。结果表明:以200 mg/L萘乙酸处理硬枝扦插生根率最高,达到58.33%,可以作为刺葡萄硬枝扦插激素处理的优选方案。
The annual hard branch of Ziqiu Vitis davidii is used as the test materials. The survival rate and root system were observed by using different concentrations of NAA solution hardcutting after cutting. The results showed that the highest rooting rate of hardwood cuttings reached 58.33%, with 200 mg/L NAA. It can be used as a preferred treatment for the hard branch cutting of Vitis davidii.
