四联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗慢性腹泻的临床研究

摘要
目的探讨四联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗慢性腹泻的临床效果及安全性。方法选取88例慢性腹泻患者按照随机数字表达法分为观察组(n=44)与参考组(n=44),观察组采用四联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,参考组采用复方谷氨酰胺肠溶胶囊、复方嗜酸乳杆菌片联合治疗方案,观察两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗总有效率、主要临床症状缓解时间、有效益生菌计数增长幅度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗慢性腹泻可改善肠道菌群环境,缓解临床症状,安全系数高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of quadruple live enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of chronic diarrhea. Methods 88 chronic diarrhea patients were randomly divided into observation group(n =44) and reference group(n =44). The observation group was treated with quadruple live enteric-coated capsules. The reference group was given compound glutamin entersoluble capsules and lactobacillus acidophilus tablets treatment program, the treatment effect of the two groups was observed. Results There was a significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment, time for remission of major clinical symptoms, and increase in the number of beneficial bacteria counts in the two groups(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion Quadriceps entericcoated capsules for chronic diarrhea can improve the environment of intestinal flora, relieve clinical symptoms, and have high safety factor.
