摘要
以鳙鱼鱼鳞提取明胶后的残渣为原料,采用高温煅烧法制备羟基磷酸钙(HAP)。考察工艺条件煅烧时间和煅烧温度对羟基磷酸钙的钙、磷含量的影响,对不同工艺条件下制备的羟基磷酸钙产品进行红外、XRD表征和分析。结果表明,在适宜的煅烧时间2 h和煅烧温度900℃下,制备的产品为羟基磷酸钙,且纯度高,结晶度好,钙回收率为95.24%。产品HAP的钙磷比为1.62 mol/mol,钙质量分数为53.12%(以CaO计),磷质量分数为39.42%(以P_2O_5),达到HG/T 3583—2009 (B型)的标准要求。试验证实鳙鱼鱼鳞提胶残渣制备羟基磷酸钙的工艺可行,从鱼鳞中提取明胶和羟基磷酸钙,能更有效地利用鱼鳞资源,获得更好的经济和环境效益。
        Hydroxyapatite was prepared from the gelatin-extracted residue of bighead carp scales, as raw material, by high-temperature calcining method. The effect of the process condition, calcination time and calcination temperature, on the contents of calcium and phosphorus was investigated. The hydroxyapatite samples prepared under different process conditions were characterized and analyzed by FTIR and XRD instruments. The results showed that under the sutable calcination time 2 h and calcination temperature 900 ℃, the product was proved to be hydroxyapatite with high purity and crystallinity; The calcium recovery was 95.24%; The ratio of calcium to phosphorus was 1.62 mol/mol, calcium mass fraction 53.12%(in Ca O), phosphorus mass fraction 39.42%(in P_2 O_5), reaching the HG/T 3583—2009 standard requirements(Type B). The results confirmed that the process of hydroxyapatite preparation from the gelatin-extracted residues of bighead carp scales was feasible. The extraction of gelatin and preparation of hydroxyapatite from bighead carp scales could more effectively improve the utilization of fish scales and obtain better economic and environmental benefits.
