补肺汤加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察补肺汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的生活质量、中医证候积分、以及肺功能的改善作用。方法:选取2017年6月—2018年6月就诊于亳州市华佗中医院的72例患者,随机分成对照组和研究组,每组各36例。对照组予茶碱缓释片口服联合异丙托溴铵吸入;研究组基于上述治疗联合补肺汤加减口服,疗程均为90d。疗程结束后,观察2组的中医症状积分、生活质量评分、肺功能。结果:经过治疗后,2组的中医症状积分、生活质量评分均获得较好的改善,且研究组的改善效果较对照组更好;2组的中医证候疗效有效率为88.89%、63.89%,研究组疗效优于对照组;与治疗前相比,研究组在进行治疗后的肺功能指标FVC、FEV1以及FEV1/FVC均有较好的改善。差异均有统计学意义。结论:补肺汤能够较好的缓解COPD稳定期患者的症状及体征,延缓了COPD的进展,提高生活质量,且疗效优于单纯西药。
Objective: To evaluate the quality of life, TCM syndrome score, pulmonary function on Bufei decoction treated with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: 72 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Bozhou Huatuo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given Theophylline Sustained-release Tablets orally combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation.The treatment group was given Bufei decoction orally for 90 days on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms and signs, quality of life and pulmonary function of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results: After treatment, the symptom scores and quality of life scores of the two groups improved significantly. But the improvement in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group. In the treatment of TCM syndrome, the two are respectively 88.89%and 83.33%, the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than of the control group.In terms of lung function,FVC, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in treatment group were significantly improve d compared with those before treatment.Conclusion: Bufei decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve and the quality of life, much better than that of western medicine alone.
