患者安全案例格式文本指标体系的构建

摘要
目的 :构建患者安全案例格式模板指标体系,以期为医务人员报告和学习患者安全案例提供借鉴。方法:采用文献回顾、小组讨论及德尔菲法,确立患者安全案例格式文本指标体系。结果 :两轮问卷的回收率分别为97.1%、100%,专家权威系数为0.909,两轮咨询后,各级指标的变异系数为0～0.18,协调系数W为0.371,最终形成的患者安全案例格式文本指标体系包含一级指标9个,二级指标13个。结论 :患者安全案例格式文本指标体系制定方法可靠,为医务人员报告和学习患者安全案例提供借鉴。
Objective: To develop scientific and practical index system for patient safety reporting. Methods: Literature research, group discussion and Delphi method were used to establish the index system. Results: The recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 97.1%, 100% respectively. The authoritative coefficients of experts was 0.909. In the second round, variation coefficients of each item ranged from 0 to 0.18, and coefficient coordination was 0.371. The final index system consisted of 9 first-level indicators and 13 second-level indicators. Conclusion: The formulation method of index system for patient safety reporting is reliable, which can provide information for hospital medical staff to report and learn typical cases of patient safety.
