摘要
目的探讨护士分层管理对ICU护理质量及医患满意度的影响。方法选取本院ICU的32名护士作为研究对象。本院ICU自2018年1月开始引入分层管理模式,在分层管理模式实施前1年和实施后1年,对科室的护理质量、护理不良事件发生率、医患满意度、护士工作幸福感与积极性进行调查、对比。结果分层管理实施后的护理质量、护理不良事件发生率、医患满意度、护士工作幸福感与积极性评分均较实施前显著提高(P <0.05);护理不良事件发生率较实施前明显降低(P <0.05)。结论将护士分层管理引入ICU护理管理工作中,能有效提高护士的工作积极性及工作幸福感,改善科室的临床护理质量,减少护理不良事件的发生,提高医患满意度。
        Objective To explore the influence of nurse hierarchical management on ICU nursing quality and doctor satisfaction. Methods 32 nurses from ICU of the hospital were selected as subjects. The hierarchical management model was introduced to ICU from January 2018. One year before and after the implementation, nursing quality, incidence of adverse events, doctors-patient satisfaction, nurse happiness and enthusiasm were investigated and compared. Results The nursing quality, incidence of adverse events, doctors' and patients' satisfaction, job well-being and enthusiasm scores after the implementation of hierarchical management were significantly improved(P < 0.05), and the incidence of nursing adverse events was significantly decreased(P < 0.05). Conclusion The introduction of nurse hierarchical management into ICU can ef fectively improve the enthusiasm and work well-being of nurses, improve the quality of clinical care in the department, reduce the occurrence of adverse medical events, and improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients.
