床旁超声心动图对急重症心血管疾病的诊断意义探析

摘要
目的探析床旁超声心动图对急重症心血管疾病的诊断意义。方法收集我院急诊自2014年5月～2017年6月收治的急重症心血管疾病患者150例,均给予急诊床旁超声心动图及常规十二导联心电图检查,分析并将两者的诊断结果与最终临床证实诊断结果对比,统计两者的诊断准确率情况。结果通过与临床证实诊断结果对比,床旁超声心动图诊断准确率为90.00%,明显高于常规十二导联心电图的52.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=51.1193,P=0.0000)。结论针对急重症心血管疾病患者,给予床旁超声心动图诊断具有较高的诊断准确率,加上并不增加诊断用时,对临床快速诊断及指导早期治疗具有积极意义,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of bedside echocardiography in acute and severe cardiovascular diseases. Methods 150 patients with acute and severe cardiovascular diseases were collected from the emergency department of our hospital from May 2014 to June 2017. The emergency bedside echocardiography and the routine twelve lead electrocardiogram were given. The diagnosis results were compared with the results of the final clinical diagnosis,and the diagnostic accuracy of the two methods was compared. Results By comparison with the clinical diagnosis,the diagnostic accuracy of bedside echocardiography was 90%,which was significantly higher than that of the conventional twelve lead electrocardiogram(52.67%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ~2=51.1193,P=0.0000). Conclusion For patients with acute severe cardiovascular disease,bedside echocardiography has a high diagnostic accuracy,with no excess time in diagnosis. It is of positive significance for rapid clinical diagnosis and guidance for early treatment, and has a high promotion value.
