甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的方法及疗效。方法随机抽取我院50例2型糖尿病合并糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,将50例患者随机分为治疗组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)两组,治疗组给予甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗,对照组只用甲钴胺。结果治疗组总有效率88.0%,显著高于对照组的64.0%,P<0.05;两组治疗后SNCV、MNCV均较治疗前显著提高,但治疗组提高更加显著,与对照组比较显著有显著性,P<0.05。结论甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗DPN效果更好。
【Objective】Discussion of Mecobalamin Combined with Alprostadil for the treatment method and curative effect of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(DPN).【Methods】RandomLy selected from our hospital 50 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathic pain as the object of study,50 patients were randomLy divided into treatment group(n=25) and control group(n=25),the treatment group were treated with Mecobalamin Combined with Alprostadil for the treatment,control group with mecobalamin.【Resluts】The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group 88%,64%,P<0.05;two groups after treatment of SNCV,MNCV were significantly increased,but the treatment group improved more significantly,compared with the control group was significant,P<0.05.【Conclusion】The Mecobalamin Combined with Alprostadil for the treatment of DPN effect is better.
