摘要
针对钢筋混凝土盾构管片的结构设计,分别按照国内混凝土结构设计规范中的概率极限状态法和日本盾构隧道规范中的允许应力法,对管片厚度确定、接头承载力设计、连接螺栓的设计和检算、管片配筋设计及应力检算做了详细的分析。并从设计理论假定、荷载及材料强度的选取、承载力计算公式的推导等,对两种设计方法做了论述,最后从安全可靠和经济角度进行了对比。
In view of the structure design of reinforced concrete shield segment,this paper discussed in detail the segment thickness determination,joint bearing capacity design,continuous bolt design and calculation,segment reinforcement design and stress calculation respectively according to the probability limit state method in domestic concrete structure design specification and the allowable stress method in shield tunnel specification in Japan,and from the design theory assumption,load and material strength selection,bearing capacity calculation formula derivation and other aspects discussed two design methods,finally,made comparison from the safety and economic point of view.
