摘要
以某特大桥钢管拱施工为例,研究适应于艰险山区的拱桥施工方法。即在两岸山坡顺势搭设支架,仰卧拼装拱肋,设置扣拉索锚碇体系及转铰结构。具体为首先扳起上段拱肋与下段拱肋形成半拱骨架后,再次竖转下放,先跨中合龙再拱脚固结,完成拱肋安装。这种仰卧拼装分段竖转的施工方法,在本桥实践中得到安全运用、实现了高精度合龙。
Taking the construction of a steel pipe arch bridge as an example,a new method of arch bridge construction in difficult and dangerous mountainous areas is studied.In the method supports areset up on the slopes along the banks,the arch rib is assembled lying on its own back,and the anchorage system and rotary hinges is set up.The upper arch rib and the lower arch ribis pulled up to form a semiarch first,then the semiarchis transferred to a lower level by vertical rotation,and then the closing of arch bridge and consolidation of the arch foot is completed to accomplish arch rib construction.This construction method of vertical rotary and assembly lying on its own back is applied safely in the bridge,and high-precision closure is achieved.
