利培酮联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗慢性精神分裂症阴性症状30例

摘要
目的探讨利培酮片联合盐酸多奈哌齐分散片对慢性精神分裂症阴性症状的影响。方法将60例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,研究组采用利培酮片联合盐酸多奈哌齐分散片治疗,对照组单用利培酮片治疗,共治疗6个月。分别于治疗前、治疗3个月后、治疗6个月后对阴性症状评定量表(SANS)各指标评定阴性症状变化,副作用量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗3,6个月后,两组SANS评分较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05);研究组较对照组治疗3个月后无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗6个月后相关指标除注意障碍外均有显著性变化(P<0.05)。结论利培酮片联合盐酸多奈哌齐分散片能有效改善慢性精神分裂症患者的阴性症状。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of risperidone combined with donepezil hydrochloride for treating negative symptoms of chronic schizophrenia. Methods 60 cases with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups,the study group was treated with risperidone combined with donepezil,the control group was treated with risperidone only. Both groups were treated for 6 months. The SANS index was used to evaluate the negative symptoms and the TESS index for the adverse reactions.
