电商入仓服务下中小型物流企业商业模式创新研究

摘要
随着社会经济的发展,消费者的购物习惯发生改变,在线购物越来越受欢迎,中国B2B电子商务交易规模逐年增长。文章以电商入仓服务为聚焦点,分析当前形势下国内中小型物流企业市场环境的机遇与挑战,提出电商入仓服务下中小型物流企业新的商业模式,包括物流联盟,报价模式,运营模式及智能化信息平台,为中小型电商物流行业求生存谋发展提供思路。
With the development of social economy, consumers' shopping habits have changed, online shopping has become more and more popular, and the scale of ChineseB2 B E-commerce transactions has increased year by year.This paper focuses on the E-commerce warehousing service,analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the domestic small and medium-sized logistics enterprise market environment under the current situation, and proposes new business models for small and medium-sized logistics enterprises under the E-commerce warehousing service, including logistics alliance, quotation mode, the operation mode and intelligent information platform provide ideas for the survival of small and medium-sized E-commerce logistics industry.
