我国研究型大学教师学术创业影响因素的实证研究——基于计划行为理论视角

摘要
以计划行为理论为指导,运用结构方程,对我国研究型大学教师学术创业影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,教师学术创业态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制对教师学术创业意愿具有显著的正向影响,知觉行为控制和教师学术创业意愿对教师学术创业行为具有显著的正向影响;社会化预期、自我评价预期、学术创业能力是影响教师学术创业态度的前因变量;组织、院系领导、同事、榜样是影响主观规范的前因变量;个人网络、产学合作网络、先前经验、学术创业能力、角色冲突是影响知觉行为控制的前因变量。
        Based on the research results of grounded theory, the study researches the influencing factors of academic entrepreneurship behavior empirically. The results show that academic entrepreneurship attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have significant positive influence on academic entrepreneurship intention. Academic entrepreneurship intention and perceived behavior control have positive effect on the academic entrepreneurship behavior. The research also approves that academic entrepreneurship competence, socialization expectation and self-evaluation expectation of behavior outcome is antecedent variables of academic entrepreneurship attitude. Organizations, department leaders, colleagues, role models are antecedent variables of subjective norm. Personal networks, industry-academy cooperation networks, prior experience, academic entrepreneurship competence,role conflict is antecedent variables of perceived behavior control.
