摘要
随着我国城市轨道交通系统"密集化"与"网络化"趋势的凸显,如何完善应急条件下的列车运行管理方案已成为当前亟待解决的问题。从应急条件下的列车运行调整出发,提出一种考虑跳停和加开备车策略的城轨列车运行图调整方法,通过结合多种行车调度策略使线路尽快恢复行车秩序,保障应急条件下的线路运力。通过将列车运行过程转化为相应的状态约束,构建了混合整数线性规划模型(Mixed-integer linear programming),并使用分支定界和CPLEX平台进行求解。最后设计仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性。
        As the scales of urban rail transit networks become larger and larger,how to improve the performance of rail traffic management under disruptions has become an emerging problem. This paper proposes a new train rescheduling approach using stop-skip strategy and backup trains in order to keep the performance of railway traffic management. By transforming the railway traffic control process into corresponding state constraints,this paper constructs a mixed-integer linear programming and uses a branch-and-bound algorithm in CPLEX framework to solve this model. Finally,numerical experiments are carried out to verify the performance of the proposed approach.
