摘要

智能手机在世界范围内的普及发展,使其成为最大的网络使用终端,而过度使用智能手机,为当代青年大学生的成长发展带来消极影响。简要分析学生手机成瘾的心理机制,并论述学生手机成瘾的主要危害及教育策略,旨在有效解决大学生手机成瘾心理危机问题,帮助学生树立正确的智能手机使用理念。
        The popularity of smartphones worldwide has made it the largest network terminal, and the excessive use of smartphones has had a negative impact on the growth and development of contemporary young college students. This article will briefly analyze the psychological mechanism of student mobile addiction, and discuss the main hazards and educational strategies of students' mobile addiction. Through the analysis and research of this paper, it aims to effectively solve the psychological crisis of college students' psychological mobile addiction and help students establish the correct function of mobile phone use.
