摘要

近些年,大学生就业难现象给高校教育提出了新的要求和挑战,大学生就业指导的重心已由传统的技能指导转向对毕业生进行人生观、价值观、择业观和职业道德的教育。新时期,如何科学地、合理地把高校思想政治教育和大学生就业指导结合起来,已经成为高等院校研究的关键课题。
        In recent years, the difficulty of college students' employment has put forward new requirements and challenges for university education. The focus of employment guidance for college students has shifted from traditional skill guidance to education on outlook on life, values, career choices and professional ethics. In the new era, how to scientifically and rationally combine ideological and political education with employment guidance of college students has become the focus of universities research.
