摘要
"机械制造工艺与夹具设计"是高职院校数控、模具等机械类专业的核心职业能力课程,是培养学生机械加工工艺文件识读与编制能力、夹具设计能力的重要环节。本文针对此课程的教学内容及其特点,结合学校机械类专业办学实际,从整合优化教学内容、创新教学组织模式、改革课程考核评价等方面,对高职"机械制造工艺与夹具设计"课程进行教学设计创新,并应用于具体的教学应用实践,取得了较好的教学效果。
"Mechanical Manufacturing Process and Fixture Design" is the core professional competence course of mechanical majors such as numerical control and mold in higher vocational colleges, It is an important part of cultivating students' ability to read and compile machining process documents and design fixture. Aiming at the teaching content and characteristics of the course, this paper combines the actual running of machinery class specialty, innovates the teaching design of the course in higher vocational colleges from the integration and optimization of teaching content, innovation of teaching organization model, reform of course evaluation and other aspects and applies it to specific teaching, and good implementation results have been achieved.
