俞募穴针刺防治脑瘫患儿反复呼吸道感染

摘要
目的:探讨针刺俞募穴治疗反复呼吸道感染脑瘫患儿的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的66例反复呼吸道感染脑瘫患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组在常规康复治疗基础上口服玉屏风颗粒,观察组在常规康复治疗基础上给予俞募穴针刺疗法,连续治疗12周,观察两组临床有效率、症状改善情况及免疫球蛋白、T细胞亚群等免疫指标的差异。结果:治疗前两组患儿血清免疫球蛋白值、T细胞亚群(CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患儿的血清免疫球蛋白值、T细胞亚群(CD_3~+、CD_4~+、CD_4~+/CD_8~+)均有改善,两组患儿疗效相当(P>0.05);两组患儿总体疗效比较,观察组患儿有效率为90.32%,对照组为89.39%,经统计学分析无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:俞募穴针刺可以防治脑瘫患儿反复呼吸道感染,可以增强患儿体质,改善免疫功能,促进患儿生长发育,为临床提供特色技术和诊疗规范。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture at back-shu points and front-mu points on children with cerebral palsy caused by recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods:66 children with cerebral palsy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given Yupingfeng Granule orally on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group was given back-shu points and front-mu points acupuncture therapy on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptoms improvement,immunoglobulin,T lymphocyte subsets and other immune indicators of the two groups were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in serum immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets(CD_3~+,CD_4~+,CD_4~+/CD_8~+) between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets(CD_3~+,CD_4~+,CD_4~+/CD_8~+) of the two groups were improved,and the curative effect of the two groups was similar(P> 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.32% and the control group was 89.39%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at back-shu points and front-mu points can prevent and treat recurrent respiratory tract infections in children with cerebral palsy.It can enhance the constitution of children,improve immune function,promote the growth and development of children,and provide special techniques and diagnostic and therapeutic criteria for clinic.
