云南万龙山锌锡矿勘探项目钻探复杂孔内事故的处理和原因分析

摘要
万龙山锌锡矿勘探区域,钻进时遇到泥沙夹层、滑石层、绿泥石片岩等不稳定地层,地层破碎,软硬互层多且厚度大,钻孔漏失严重,这给我们钻探施工带很大的影响,在项目钻探施工过程中,由于地层复杂和操作失误,发生多起孔内事故,而且在事故处理过程中又发生严重复杂的孔内事故,通过大家集思广益,群策群力,精心操作,最后成功地处理好全部孔内事故,从而保证该项目顺利完工和工程质量。
In the exploration area of Wanlongshan Zinc-Tin Mine, Unstable Strata such as sandstone interlayer, talc layer and chlorite schist are encountered during drilling. The strata are fragmented, the soft-hard interbeds are many and the thickness is large, and the drilling leakage is serious. This has a great influence on our drilling construction. During the drilling construction of the project, due to the complexity of strata and operational errors, many accidents occur in the borehole,and the accident treatment is also carried out. Serious and complex accidents occurred in the course of drilling. Through brainstorming, brainstorming and careful operation, all accidents in drilling holes were successfully handled, so as to ensure the smooth completion of the project and the quality of the project.
