摘要
目的:探讨韭菜籽总黄酮对苯甲酸雌二醇与冰水浴联合所致痛经模型小鼠疼痛及各生化指标的影响。方法:用苯甲酸雌二醇结合冰水浸泡制作小鼠痛经模型,观察并记录注射缩宫素致小鼠疼痛的扭体反应次数和扭体潜伏期。并采用酶联免疫法对小鼠子宫匀浆中的血管升压素(arginine vasopressin,AVP)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)水平进行检测,对小鼠血清中的白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)和β-内啡肽(β-eE ndorphin,β-EP)水平进行检测。结果:与空白组小鼠比较,模型组小鼠扭体次数显著增多,潜伏期显著缩短,β-EP和GSH-PX水平显著降低,IL-6和AVP水平显著升高。与模型组相比,大、中、小剂量韭菜籽总黄酮组和益母草颗粒组都能降低小鼠扭体次数,延长小鼠扭体潜伏期,显著升高β-EP及GSH-PX水平,显著降低IL-6及AVP水平。结论:韭菜籽总黄酮能够改善小鼠痛经情况,可以有效缓解痛经症状。
        Objective: To explore the effects of total flavonoids of leek seed on pain and biochemical indexes in mice model of dysmenorrheal induced by estradiol benzoate combined with ice-water bath. Methods: The mice model of dysmenorrheal was established by immersing estradiol benzoate in ice water. The number of writhing reactions and latency of writhing induced by oxytocin injection were observed and recorded. The levels of arginine vasopressin( AVP) and glutathione peroxidase( GSH-PX) in uterine homogenate of mice were detected by ELISA,and the levels of interleukin-6( IL-6) and β-endorphin( β-EP) in serum of mice were detected. Results: The total flavonoids of leek seed can significantly reduce the number of writhing and prolong the latency of pain in mice after injection of oxytocin( P < 0. 01). Compared with the blank group,the number of writhing increased significantly,the latency prolonged significantly,the levels of β-EP and GSH-PX decreased significantly,and the levels of IL-6 and AVP increased significantly. Compared with the model group,large,medium and small doses of total flavonoids of leek seed and Leonurus granules can reduce the number of writhing,prolong the latency of writhing,significantly increase the levels of β-EP and GSH-PX,and significantly reduce the levels of IL-6 and AVP. Conclusion: The total flavonoids of leek seed can can improve the treatment of dysmenorrhea in mice,and can effectively alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea.
