一种安全风险评价模型在制造企业中的应用与改进

摘要
以企业落实国家风险分级管控工作要求为背景,在应用既有的安全风险评价模型开展风险点安全风险评价过程中,提出了将安全装置及安全管控措施落实有效性等纳入评价指标,以及采用风险等级适用条件快速判定方法等两项改进措施,丰富了风险评价的内涵和外延,为更加合理有效地组织落实安全风险评价管控开拓了思路。
The paper takes the enterprise to implement the national risk classification control work request as the background. In the application of existing safety risk assessment model to carry out risk point safety risk assessment process, it puts forward two improvement measures, including safety device and the effectiveness of safety control measures in the evaluation index, as well as adopting the method of quick determination of the applicable conditions of risk grade. These measures have enriched the connotation and extension of risk assessment, and opened up ideas for more reasonable and effective organization and implementation of safety risk assessment control.
