简述大学生课外体育锻炼现状及发展对策——以吕梁学院为例

摘要
学生的课外锻炼与健康是学校体育的重要组成部分,而学校体育在学校教育中占据着举足轻重的地位。大学生的健康与课堂教学、课外锻炼密切相关,为了帮助和引导我国大学生积极参加课外体育活动,树立大学生体育锻炼意识。本论文对吕梁学院的大学生进行了问卷调查,分析其锻炼的原因以及结果,为我国大学生树立终生体育观念一些引导和建议,以促进我国大学生体质的进一步提高。
Students' extracurricular exercise and health is an important part of school physical education,and school physical education in school education occupies a pivotal position. The health of college students is closely related to the classroom teaching,extracurricular exercise. In order to help and guide college students to actively take part in extracurricular sports activities in our country,and set up the consciousness of college students 'physical exercise,this paper carries on the questionnaire survey to the university student of Lvliang college,analyzes the reason and result of its exercise,sets up the guidance and suggestion for the lifelong sports idea of the university student of our country,in order to promote our country college student physique further improve.
