摘要
文章研究了350英尺自升式平台船固桩架制作与安装工艺。固桩架是自升式船舶顶升脱离海面传递船舶载荷的部件,制作、安装质量和精度控制要求高,在建造前期通过对固桩架的整体制作思路进行分析研究和在安装过程中可能出现的问题进行预判,研究并制定了固桩架制作与安装工艺,成功完成了固桩架的制作、安装和平台的站桩顶升试验。
This paper studies the fabrication and installation of a 350-ft jack-up platform ship's pile-fixing frame.The pile-fixing rack is a part of the self-elevating ship lifting out of the sea to transfer the ship's load. The production and installation quality and precision control requirements are high. In the early stage of construction, the entire production idea of the pile-holder is analyzed and researched and may appear during the installation process. The problems are pre-judgment, research and development of the manufacturing and installation process of the pile-fixing rack, and the successful completion of the construction, installation of the pile-fixing rack and the stand-lifting test of the platform.
